By default, we accept pets every day in the morning and early evening.
If neither date suits you, an individual arrangement is necessary sufficiently in advance for the exact time that must be observed.
If you do not keep to the agreed time and do not let us know that you will be late, we do not guarantee that you will meet us at the branch, and you will have to wait for the next reception time, or our return to the branch..
